What's in the free demo?

Only when you go live: when you put the configurator on your own website and send real quotes to customers. Until then you pay nothing.Can I cancel?
Yes, your subscription can be cancelled monthly. There is no annual contract and no set-up fee. After cancelling you keep access until the end of the paid period.What if my product isn't a veranda?
Verandas, louvred roofs, sliding doors, awnings, window frames, roller shutters, fencing, dormers and extensions are available right now. Air conditioning, flooring and garden buildings will follow later as standard sets. Until then, the form builder in Pro (beta) lets you build a quote request with your own pricing logic. Something completely different? We build it to order.Does AR work on Android?
AR measuring works on an iPhone, without your customer installing an app. On Android your customer enters the sizes themselves. The rest of the configurator works the same on any phone.Do you help with the set-up?
Yes. In a set-up call we go through your price list together and put it into meetpiloot. You check it, we do the data entry. We also help you place the configurator on your website.How much does meetpiloot cost?
Plus costs £280 and Pro £450 per month, excl. VAT. You pay a fixed amount per business, with no set-up fee, and you can cancel monthly.Do the prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT. Any VAT is shown at checkout. UK businesses need a valid VAT number to subscribe.How can I pay?
You pay through Mollie, for example by card. After that the monthly amount is collected automatically with the payment method you chose.Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, from your dashboard. An upgrade takes effect straight away and you pay the pro rata difference. A downgrade takes effect from the next month.Which languages does it support?
The configurator and the page where your customer signs work in 7 languages: Dutch, German, English, French, Polish, Spanish and Turkish. The dashboard is available in Dutch, German, English and Turkish.What about GDPR and my data?
meetpiloot processes your customers' data on your behalf. The data processing agreement is part of the terms and conditions. If you cancel, you can still export your data and enquiries for 30 days.
